Liz trained with yogis in the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India November-December 2014 in the classical hatha style, entrusted with the eight limbs of Patanjali's yoga. She previously taught hatha and yin yoga at various studios in Milwaukee, WI and Portland, OR. Beloved Woodlawn Yoga Studio closed during the pandemic, so she is currently offering private instruction only.
